Twin Lakes Human Resource Association of Mountain Home, Arkansas

Purpose

The purpose of the
TLHR Association shall be:

	To serve HR professionals in the Twin Lakes area by providing ongoing educational and networking opportunities that educate, encourage, and motivate our membership.

Group Structure

We are a non-profit association that
meets monthly and normally have a
guest speaker for each meeting. We
elect our officers by November meeting each year, which consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary. We do charge for membership annually. We conduct our meetings by Robert's Rules of Order.

The Department of Workforce Services joined the Twin Lakes Human Resource Association to establish a Local Employer Advisory Council. This partnership would allow the LEAC to provide speakers, as needed and pay for meals twice a year. The employers would not spend additional time away from their business.
