Vice President - Kelly Lucas, PHR - Kelly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Baylor University and a Masters of Science in Human Resources Management from Tarleton State University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and is currently the HR Manager at Baxter Healthcare. Kelly has 12 years of HR experience in a variety of industries.
Treasurer - Lora King - Lora holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. Beginning in 2013, she has served as the TLHRA Treasurer. Lora currently functions as the AVP - Benefits Administrator at Integrity First Bank, since 2013.
Secretary - Margaret Guillemette - Margaret is the HR Manager for Eaton Corporation's Mountain Home Plant and is responsible for directing all human resource strategies. Margaret has previous experience for Eaton at the Gainesboro, TN facility working in the same capacity. Prior to joining Eaton, Margaret worked for General Mills and held the role of Associate HR Manager for several different business units and plants in Minneapolis, MN; Cedar Rapids, IA and Atlanta, GA. Margaret has a MBA specializing in Operations from Cornell University and a BA in English from Wake Forest University.
Community Outreach Coordinator - Dacia Vigna - Dacia has 3 years of experience as the HR Manager at Twin Lakes Community Bank and also specializes in Operations at the Bank. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Arkansas State University. Dacia has served as the Community Outreach Coordinator for the TLHRA for three years.
Community Outreach Coordinator - Amy Klein - Amy is an On Site Supervisor with Manpower Group. She has worked in various roles in Human Resources for over 15 years in various industries. She also serves as Vice President for Mountain Home Junior Auxiliary. She and her husband, Jeremy Klein, have lived in Mountain Home, AR for three years.
Community Outreach Coordinator - Natalie Amato, PHR - Natalie has 17 years in Human Resource Management. She holds a Masters in Business Administration from Saint Leo University. She is certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR). She currently works as the Senior HR Manager at Baxter Regional Medical Center. She previously worked as an HR Consultant and Regional HR Manager at Phoenix House.
